Designed the User Interface of the MyCypher.com platform and updated regularly based on user feedback
Assembled and managed a 10-person team of engineers, designers, marketers and content producers through 3 iterations of platform development, using AGILE practices and Google Apps tools
Managed all company budgets, payroll, legal, and technology implementation activities
Won a national PepsiCo sponsorship as winner of the 2010 PepsiCo10 Innovation Challenge, beating out 500 other U.S. startup companies
