“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”
-Bruce Lee
I am a Strategic Partnerships professional with a focus on Innovation. I have over a decade of experience in business development, technology, and creative development. In each role, I’ve been and responsible for building relationships with global businesses interested establishing long-term partnerships.
In addition to working in Education as Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development at Discovery Education, and Entertainment as Director of Strategic Alliances at Sony Pictures Entertainment, I’ve also worked for a global non-profit, The World Economic Forum, as Partnership Lead for North America at their Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Prior to that, I also have worked in Media and Advertising at OMD USA (an Omnicom Company), as Associate Director of Ignition Factory, developing brand innovation strategies for Fortune 500 clients.
Before all of these roles, I started off my career as a Consultant at Accenture in New York City. I’ve also been an entrepreneur, as I founded a mobile audio blogging platform which I ran as CEO from 2008-2011. At its height, the platform won a national innovation partnership with PepsiCo.
I am currently based in Los Angeles, CA, where I moved to in order to complete my MBA at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in Sociology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Aside from my work life, I love traveling internationally, learning new languages (I’m conversationally fluent in Portuguese, Japanese, and French), and I enjoy practicing martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira, and Wing Chun in my spare time.
